Why do I have to upgrade my account?
Upgrading is completely free of charge and will provide you with all the added features of our new, renovated system. It is necessary to allocate the new resources exclusively to the sites that are actively maintained, thus allowing us to provide a superior service to those who respond.
How do I upload my website?
You have two options for uploading files to your new website: through our online control panel or through FTP software. The file manager can be accessed by logging into our Members Area, clicking on "Manage Files" and then navigating to the /var/www/html directory. This is where all the files that will appear on your website are served from.
What if I need more space?
We have allocated 30 megs of disk space to each free account. If you find you have reached your limit and would like to order additional disk space, bandwidth, or add services such as email addresses, mysql databases or top level domain names (.com), we have a paid upgrade plan available through Paypal. Please email accountupgrades@indiko.com for details.
Where can I make changes to my account information?
All your account details can be edited from our online control panel, located in our Members Area. You may also view http logs and traffic statistics from this location.
